Terms and Conditions - Ssouq App Introduction The Terms of Use, Conditions, and all policies published on "Ssouq" have been established to protect and preserve the rights of both "Ssouq" and "Users" whether registered or unregistered. This agreement was created based on the Electronic Transactions Law and is subject to the laws, regulations, and systems in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a user, you agree to comply with all provisions of this agreement when using, accessing, or registering for the service. "Ssouq" reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications become binding on all parties after announcement of the update in the app or through any other means. Definitions Used in This Agreement "Ssouq": The Ssouq smart classified ads application User: Someone who has completed registration in "Ssouq" Visitor: Someone who uses "Ssouq" without completing registration Free User: A user who benefits from basic free services Subscribed User: A user who has subscribed to one of the paid packages Classified Ads: Advertisements posted in the app for buying and selling Smart Bidding System: An advanced bidding and negotiation system provided to subscribers Private Messages: Communication process between users within the app Coins: Digital reward points earned from interacting with the app Tickets: Daily free posting units for free users Vouchers: Paid services with coins to enhance user experience Monthly Subscription Package: Additional features provided when subscribing to paid packages Registration and Usage Terms Compliance with Local Laws Full compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory Advertising any goods or services that violate Saudi regulations is prohibited When these materials are violated, the account will be banned and data will be provided to competent authorities "Ssouq" laws are subject to Saudi laws in resolving any local or international disputes Arabic is the official language for dealing with "Ssouq" Account Creation Requirements Using inappropriate or misleading usernames is not permitted Information accuracy must be verified during registration "Ssouq" reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these agreement terms Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information, especially passwords Sharing account data with anyone, including "Ssouq" employees, is prohibited Responsibilities and Obligations Users bear full responsibility for all their activities in "Ssouq" Users are responsible for all commercial operations they conduct All ads, replies, and reviews represent the user, who bears full responsibility for them Mobile number linked to the account must be updated when changed or lost If the account name contains a trademark, you must own it or be authorized to use it Data Protection "Ssouq" is committed to implementing required data protection standards The internet is not 100% secure for storing confidential information Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details Advertising and Trading Provisions Commercial Responsibility Commercial operations are conducted directly between parties without responsibility from "Ssouq" Exchange and return are agreed upon between the commercial operation parties "Ssouq" recommends direct dealing or through a trusted intermediary when needed Fees and Commission The app is completely free with no commission on sales No hidden fees or commission on completed deals The only fees are optional paid subscription packages All profits from sales go entirely to the seller Publishing Limits for Users Free User: Maximum of two active ads at the same time Two daily tickets for posting and updating Ad display for two days Basic rate for earning coins Subscribed User: More ads according to package type Smart bidding system activation Additional tickets according to package Double coin earning rate Profile customization features Monthly Subscription Terms Users may subscribe to packages to benefit from additional features "Ssouq" reserves the right to cancel subscriptions when terms and conditions are violated Monthly subscription amount is non-refundable under any circumstances Account or monetary amounts cannot be recovered when banned Publishing and Conduct Rules The following are prohibited: Insulting ads or users Undervaluing goods or services prices Exposing any person or entity to insult, harm, or defamation Not adhering to conversation and dialogue etiquette Attacking religions or civilizations with insults Racism or political speech violating laws Violating copyrights and trademarks Violating human rights or wildlife protection systems Collecting user information for commercial purposes Publishing false, misleading, or deceptive ads Impersonating "Ssouq" or its representatives Advertisement Requirements: Ads must be complete in details and in the correct section Added images must be for the advertised item only Necessary permits must be obtained for services requiring licensing Ad updates are subject to all terms and conditions Ads will be automatically deleted if not updated Prohibited Goods and Services Advertising the following is prohibited: All goods prohibited under Saudi Arabian laws Unlicensed medicines and medical products from the Ministry of Health Firearms, accessories, and personal protection devices Espionage, wiretapping, jamming, and encryption devices Goods violating intellectual property rights Products or services requiring licensing without obtaining it Ads unrelated to buying and selling Racist content in all forms Defamation, donation, or help request ads Copying other users' advertisements Coins and Rewards System Nature of Coins Coins are digital reward points for using "Ssouq" Granted to users upon completing registration and daily interaction Have no actual monetary value and cannot be used outside the app Cannot be traded or purchased outside "Ssouq" scope "Ssouq" is not obligated to pay compensation in case of loss Ways to Earn Coins Welcome coins upon registering as a new user Daily coins upon login Coins when adding new ads or updating every 24 hours Completing daily interactive tasks Double coin rate for subscribed users Coin Uses Purchasing additional tickets Buying vouchers for premium services Profile customization and purchasing premium images Buying digital products from "Ssouq" store Coin Restrictions No exchange or return after purchase Selling accounts or coins is prohibited and leads to permanent ban "Ssouq" is not committed to guaranteeing coin rewards Tickets and Vouchers System Ticket System Free user: Maximum two tickets daily Tickets do not accumulate or carry over to the next day One ticket equals one new ad or ad update Additional tickets can be purchased with coins within daily limit Voucher System Can be purchased with coins without limits Do not expire and accumulate in the account Used to change username, mobile number, pin advertisements Cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase Smart Bidding System Definition and Usage Advanced interactive bidding system exclusive to subscribed users Ensures bidder seriousness through coin reservation as guarantee Enables direct negotiation and live bidding Provides double protection for both parties How It Works Subscribed seller activates bidding system and sets guarantee amount Buyers bid while reserving the same guarantee amount Live and direct interaction between seller and bidders Deal completion with double protection for 5 days Profile Customization Premium Images Premium profile images can be purchased with coins Images are continuously added and updated No exchange or return after purchase Exclusive images for subscribers with premium frames Other Enhancements Premium frames for profile pictures Badges distinguishing subscribed users Priority in ad display Messages and Communication Internal Communication Rules Undervaluing goods or exchanging insults is prohibited Seriousness in inquiries and genuine purchase interest is required Everything that harms either party is prohibited Message monitoring when needed to ensure compliance with terms "Al-Souq" Responsibilities Service Scope "Ssouq" provides a platform for displaying ads according to agreed usage policy Does not provide guarantees and does not bear responsibility for user non-compliance with usage policy Does not bear responsibility for any risks, damages, or losses to any party Rights and Authorities Right to access and review entered data Right to monitor private messages when needed Right to delete or modify ad content when necessary Right to update, change, or delete any agreement terms without prior notice Right to take necessary action against any user violating the agreement Liability Limitations "Ssouq" does not bear any obligation beyond its capacity Does not bear any obligation conflicting with its interests Complaints will be reviewed and appropriate action taken without bearing legal responsibility Dispute Resolution Policy General Principles "Ssouq" adheres to usage and privacy agreements "Ssouq" is not a party to disputes between users Striving to enhance security and combat fraud and scams Following Saudi laws and regulations Procedures for Common Violations Fraud and Scams: Victim must report to competent security authorities Report to technical support via the app Review complaint and investigate the accused Take necessary action when violation is proven Provide data to competent authorities upon official request State Policy Violations: Immediate ad deletion Advertiser membership suspension Notify competent authorities Prohibited Goods Advertising: Document and archive the ad Delete ad and suspend member Notify relevant authorities Privacy Breach and Hacking: Immediate legal action Refer to competent authorities for prosecution Apply cybercrime laws Defamation and Privacy Violations: Review complaint and investigate Take necessary action when to collect sensitive personal data without consent Health and Safety Transaction Safety User identity verification as much as possible Comprehensive rating system for sellers and buyers Quick reporting mechanisms for suspicious behavior Safe transaction guidance Minor Protection Preventing minors under 18 from using the app without parental consent Special protection mechanisms for family-appropriate content Preventing direct interaction with minors in commercial transactions Technology and Updates App Updates App may require regular updates to ensure security and performance Notify users of important updates Some features may be disabled in old versions Device Compatibility Support for modern iOS and Android systems May not work on old devices or expired operating systems No guarantee of optimal performance on unsupported devices Internet Connection App requires stable internet connection to function Some functions may be affected by connection quality No responsibility for service interruption due to connection problems Experimental and Future Features Beta Features "Ssouq" may offer experimental features to users These features may contain bugs or may change Participation in beta programs is voluntary No guarantee of experimental feature continuity Continuous Development "Ssouq" commitment to continuous development and adding new features Listening to user feedback and implementing improvements Notifying users of newly added features Service Termination and Data Retention Account Termination User right to delete account at any time Loss of all data and coins upon deletion No data recovery after final deletion Termination of all paid subscriptions without refund Service Suspension "Ssouq" may need to suspend service temporarily stores No responsibility for partner products or services Service Integration Ability to connect app with local payment services Integration with delivery services Social media platform linking for sharing Final Provisions Force Majeure Provisions "Ssouq" does not bear responsibility for service interruption due to circumstances beyond its control Force majeure includes: natural disasters, wars, general internet outage, external server failures Users will be notified of any expected interruption when possible Official Communication All official communication is through the app or certified Remains valid until account termination or terms update Any modification to terms requires explicit user consent Final Provisions "Ssouq" reserves the right to update, change, add, or delete any of these agreement terms without prior notice and without consulting anyone, and members must review this agreement periodically Users will be notified of any new update to the usage agreement "Ssouq" does not bear responsibility for any obligation mentioned in this agreement or any customary obligation if such obligation is beyond "Ssouq's" capacity or conflicts directly or indirectly with "Ssouq's" interests Legal Compliance In case of violating "Ssouq" laws and usage agreement, all your data will be provided to competent authorities when required Governing Law This agreement is
