Frequently asked questions
Does Smart Souq take part of my commission?
No. The commission is between you and the seller; the app does not collect, record or take part in it.
How much does the broker account cost?
Free for 6 months from the day you are accepted. After that it is a monthly subscription; the price is in the terms before you apply, and we remind you two weeks before the free period ends.
Can I really work from home?
Yes. Posting, sharing and tracking all happen on your phone, and you reach sellers and buyers the way that suits you.
How much can I earn as a broker?
It depends on how many items you sell and the commission you agree with each seller. We do not promise any particular income.
How is a broker account different from a regular one?
Higher limits (50 live listings and 50 tickets a day), automatic refresh without tickets, a «Broker» badge on your listings, a verified broker page, and a tracking dashboard.
Can I post real estate or cars?
Not real estate: property listings need a FAL licence from the Real Estate General Authority. Every other category is open, cars included.
When is my application accepted?
We review applications by hand and send the result to your notifications. If we do not accept it we tell you why, and you can edit it and send it again.
